Requirements Gathering
& RFP Development

We start by meeting with leadership and staff across departments to document your requirements, goals, challenges, and vision for the future. This enables us to develop a detailed request for proposal (RFP) that ensures vendors propose solutions tailored to your unique needs.

Proposal Collection & Evaluation

We identify the most suitable vendors to receive your RFP based on your specifications. As proposals come in, we help your team collect both qualitative and quantitative feedback using multiple collection channels for an inclusive evaluation.  We facilitate discussions of this feedback to help your team understand and evaluate the different solutions proposed.

Final Selection

Vendor Demonstrations
